Greg Kutcher & John Ludi now:

Coming soon.

The old days:

The 1984 lineup of Soft War displays its utter lack of anything resembling a fashion sense:
Kniel Ivory (bass), John Ludi/Tim Eldair (lead vocals, some guitar), Greg Kutcher (guitar, vocals),
Ernie Douglas (guitar, vocals), John Dennis (drums).

John Ludi/Tim Eldair attempts to look cool in Kent, OH...fails horribly.

Greg contemplates his last tetanus booster.

Despite appearances, no members of Soft War were ever heroin addicts.

It was rumored at one point that Greg had sold his eyeballs to buy more effects.

John/Tim did, during one regrettable and brief period, sport a multi-colored mullet.
However, he never was actually able to play a full drum kit.

Evidence mounts for an eyeball-less Greg.

John/Tim working on his Advanced Glowering technique.

Greg comes into some money, buys back both of his eyeballs and a lap dulcimer.

Perfecting his Advanced Glowering skills, John/Tim contemplates a degree in Intermediate Pathos instead.

Backstage from their brief stint in a theatrical production of A Streetcar Named Desire,
John/Tim focuses on vulnerability while Greg screams "Stella"!

The lineup circa 1988 (note the greatly improved fashion sense and the impeccable choice in outdoor furniture):
John Ludi/Tim Eldair (vocals, guitar), Greg Kutcher (guitar, vocals), Mike Smith (bass), John Dennis (drums).

The final Soft War lineup, circa 1989:
John Dennis (drums), Greg Kutcher (guitar, vocals), Diane Wilson (keys, flute, vocals),
John Ludi/Tim Eldair (vocals, guitar), Mike Seeger (bass).
The pope was never an official member...
